MSPIFF welcomes Ang Lee for an in-person conversation on his decades-spanning career and mastery of the craft of directing, for which he was just awarded the DGA Lifetime Achievement Award. Mr. Lee has also been recognized with five Oscar nominations and two wins, including for BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN, which was produced by Minnesota’s own Bill Pohlad and River Road Entertainment, and for which Mr. Lee became the first person of color to win the Academy Award for Best Director.
