The 2025 MSME Digital Open Day, hosted by INFRATEL Corporation Limited, is a strategic event aimed at accelerating digital transformation for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Zambia. Scheduled for November 5th, 2025, at the Mulungushi Conference Centre (New Wing), this year's event will run under the theme: “ACT NOW – Accelerating MSME Digital Transformation,”The event is designed to:
Showcase INFRATEL’s digital services for MSMEs, drive adoption of digital tools, offer networking opportunities as well as recognise and support outstanding MSMEs through a Business Acceleration Package.

Live pitches from MSME finalists, high-profile speakers including government ministers and industry leaders, panel discussions on digital transformation and access to finance and a multi-phase communication campaign running from July to October 2025.
