MSA NGV Visit & Cafe Laneway experience

Our trip of inspiration starts at the bus loop of Monash Clayton, where we will depart at 12:30, taking PTV and arriving at the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) at 1:30, enjoying the various exhibits displayed, before bringing the discussion to a cafe laneway at Degraves St, with light snacks provided.

This event will take place on the 11th of July 2024. Entry to the NGV is free, however, certain exhibitions may be ticketed and require payment.

Please note that we will be supplying cookies and other snacks at our picnic. Please ensure you bring a drink and any additional food you would like to eat or share. There are also plenty of food outlets on campus if you decide to buy something on the day.

This event is hosted by MSA Volunteering: Trips & Events program. This leadership program was established in 1974 and aims to socialise and orientate new Monash students prior to Week 0. MSA Camps and Events is a volunteer leadership program that provides Monash students with an opportunity to meet other students prior to their first day on campus. The events we run are fun, inexpensive and accessible, with the aim of providing safe spaces where students can meet other students, who they may never have bumped into otherwise. We welcome all new and returning Monash students (Domestic, International, Exchange students) from all Monash Campuses, as well as returning students who wish to take part.
