MS4 Permit Listening Session

In early 2025, the PA DEP released the new MS4 permit language with new objectives for stormwater management for the next 5+ years

Goals:

• Discuss the volume management approach & how it may affect your process including how these changes may impact the way you manage stormwater in your neighborhood
• Review currently available tools & documents
• Begin to form a collective response to the draft permit

The MS4 listening session is an initial conversation for Lancaster’s municipal leaders to share reactions, questions and opportunities. Your participation is an important way to to include your voice during the public review period of the draft permit.
