We meet in Sacred Sangha & hold space for all.
A monthly grouping to explore & experience a selected book, healing modality, metaphysical/philosophical discussion,
yogic practice, etc.
Sangha is a Sanskrit word that means "association," "assembly," "company" or "community.
A yogic sangha is a supportive community of like-minded individuals who practice yoga together, sharing an interest in spiritual growth, health, and well-being. Originating from the Buddhist concept of sangha, it extends to a broader group of practitioners who offer mutual encouragement, inspiration, and authentic support on the path of yogic practice.
Our Collective will meet monthly on a Sunday afternoon, 11am-1pm, (or other day/time) to explore our new spiritual growth experience.
Will select the next monthly experience at conclusion of previous grouping!
Cost $20, please bring own mug,
journal/notebook, pen & an open mind & heart
Hot water will be provided for tea
