📍 Mikkeller & Friends, Nørrebro
The two teams for the day are:
💨 Ny Sååårt: 10 km at a 5:30 min/km pace
🏃♀️ Fartlek: 10-14 km intervals at your own pace
(Everyone is welcome, but we suggest you are used to run at least 6-8km)
