Join us for a classic MRC Tuesday – with an extra treat at the finish line.
📍 Start: Mikkeller & Friends
🕕 18.00: Run with MRC Tuesday teams
🕖 19.15: Beer tasting at Koelschip
💸 150 DKK for the tasting
We kick off the evening with our regular Tuesday session – expect intervals, teamwork, and good vibes starting from Mikkeller & Friends. After the run, we’ll cool down with a curated tasting of world-class beers just around the corner at Koelschip.
You don’t need to be running CPH Half – or even join the run – to take part in the tasting. But be warned: the room will be full of happy, slightly sweaty runners 🖤

The two teams for the day, as all other tuesdays are:
💨 Ny Sååårt: 10 km at a 5:30 min/km pace
🏃‍♀️ Fartlek: 10-14 km intervals at your own pace
(Everyone is welcome, but we suggest you are used to run at least 6-8km)

From September 6–14, we’re celebrating all the things that make MRC special – with a full week of social runs, bar crawls, brewery tours, expert talks, community dinners, and of course, CPH Half.
You don’t have to join everything (and you definitely don’t have to run a half marathon), but it’s the perfect excuse to hang out with runners from all over the world 🌍🖤
