Third Saturday of August has been reserved for a new 'race' that includes both swimming and running.
The race is 5 laps of 1000m + 100m swimming. The course is easy We run 500m from Baghaven to Søndre Refshalebasin, swim 100m and run back to Baghaven. Rinse and repeat.
