Welcome to MRC Helsinki #ThirstyTuesday Social Run. This is a repeating calendar event for the Spring/Summer 2026 season.
#ThirstyTuesdays start from our neon-lit homebase SalamaNation at 18:00 and finish 5-7 km later with friendly post-run socializing over a crafty pint or two before getting ready for the next working day 👟👟🍻👩💻
Also, if you're up for it, there's also usually a brisk-paced #prerunrun at 17:15.
Depending on the mood of the day and who is joining, we can slow down or speed up, go longer or go shorter or even run multiple routes, always keeping it social.
Thirsty Tuesday routes are commonly lead by a volunteer few, so if you feel like you, hit up any of the Captains to join the lead pool. Fun is guaranteed!
Welcome! And remember, you don't have to be a runner to join, but you may well become one. That's what MRC is all about.
