+MPU (www.mpu.us) is a national movement to strengthen our democracy by creating opportunities to connect people who would otherwise never meet. Our country, communities, and lives are more resilient and better when we share ideas and understand other perspectives on important issues.

This is our monthly event (usually every 3rd Thursday of the month) at TAKODA Shaw to focus conversations around subjects like trust in community, hope in democracy, commitment to American institutions, and personal responsibility. If you're at all concerned at the state of things here at home, then you owe it to yourself to engage, not disengage.
