Escape into a magical Winter Wonderland and join MPSU and VPSA for an unforgettable evening at the elegant Plaza Ballroom on Collins Street.
Be enchanted by a spectacular night of entertainment, featuring live performances with the opportunity for a fellow student to be chosen! Capture every magical moment with our Mirror Photo Booth, state-of-the-art AI Photo Booth and roaming photographer.
Enjoy a delicious three-course dinner with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, then dance the night away with our live DJ in a beautifully transformed winter wonderland.
Whether you're celebrating with friends, making new connections, or simply embracing the magic of the night, the Winter Wonderland Ball promises an evening of elegance, entertainment, and unforgettable memories.

🎟️ Ticket Information
- Full Table (10 Guests)
Book a full table for 10 guests and enjoy the evening together. This is the recommended option for large groups.
- Single Tickets
Individual tickets are also available. We will do our best to seat single ticket holders together to complete a table.
👥 Sitting with Friends
If you're purchasing tickets separately but would like to sit together, nominate a Table Representative by entering that person's full name during checkout.
- Everyone in your group must enter the exact same name (e.g. Christopher, not Chris).
- A maximum of 10 guests can be seated under the same Table Representative.
- Any additional guests will be allocated to a nearby table where possible.
- Tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

📋 Important Information
- Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. government restrictions or venue closure).
- Full Table bookings: Please have the details of all 10 guests ready before purchasing, as you will be required to enter each attendee's information during checkout.

🔞 18+ Event
This event is strictly 18+ due to the service of alcoholic beverages.
A valid physical photo ID (Driver Licence, Passport or Proof of Age Card) must be presented with your ticket upon entry. myVicRoads app's ID is accepted. Photos / Scanned of ID will not be accepted.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is intoxicated or unable to provide valid identification.
🎫 Ticket Holder Information
All tickets must be registered with the correct attendee name and contact details. Please ensure your ticket information is updated before arriving at the event.

Formal attire with accessories inspired by the Winter Wonderland theme.
🚆 Getting Home Safely
Please plan your journey home before attending the event.
Venue: Plaza Ballroom, 191 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
- Train: Flinders Street Station is approximately a 5 minute walk (350 m) from the venue and is serviced by all Metro train lines. The venue is also situated near Town Hall Station on the Metro Tunnel line.
- Ride Share: If public transport is unavailable, we recommend using a ride-sharing service (e.g. Uber) or arranging a safe lift home.
Please check late-night public transport timetables in advance, as some train lines have limited evening services, especially on weekends.

⭐⭐⭐ MPSU & VPSA Winter Talent Show ⭐⭐⭐
Aside from enjoying our dinner, activities, and performances, one of the best parts is that you might have YOUR OWN chance to perform for our student body on the night.
Anything is welcomed for consideration - dances, vocals, bands, tricks and games, etc. If you are interested, please complete the following form with your details and we may ask for you to submit a 3-5 min video of your proposed performance.
If selected, student performers will have complementary tickets to the ball (yes, FOR FREE!)
