This is the follow-up session to Manufacturing 101 that MPMA President, Steve Kalina delivered in August 2025. Following positive feedback, Steve will return to deliver the next set of Manufacturing basics. Topics will include equipment and materials, quality, lean, other shop talk (ERP, cycle times, work cells) and if you have other requests, email [email protected]. There are no prerequisites in order to attend. A light lunch is included with your registration. Who Should Attend?
This Toolbox Talk is for anyone who is new to manufacturing. Maybe they work in HR, accounting, or a customer service rep. Are you an MPMA affiliate that works with manufacturers, this is for you as well. We will run through different industry terms and jargon. Don't worry there will not be a test at the end! This is meant to be a fun interactive quick learning session. We have so many people ask us for a resource guide or questions about the industry. We "got" you!
