About this Event
In this beginner's kayaking class, we will introduce participants to the sport of kayaking in a fun and safe environment. We will discuss the importance of wearing a PFD (life jacket) & teach them how to properly put it on. We will then take an "easy" level float down the Stones River with guide Jon Dodson from the Metro Parks Outdoor Recreation Department.
