Join us for a Mozzarella Making Experience with Mozzarella Di Michael on Sunday, October 13th, from 1-4pm in the brewery. Price is $95 per person and includes your first glass of wine or craft beer. Michael will demonstrate how fresh mozzarella is made. Everyone will have the opportunity to watch and also be involved in the mozzarella making process. Michael will also teach us how to create appetizer dishes that are simple and delicious and easy to replicate at home.
In addition to the fresh mozzarella, Michael will teach us how to make small plates such as ciabatta bread sandwiches, Italian style mozzarella sushi rolls, marinated mozzarella salad with roasted vegetables and more.
Our experience will be approximately 2-3 hours. If you have any food allergies, please email [email protected] in advance so we can accommodate you.

*You must purchase your ticket in advance. Ticket sales will close on October 4th or when the event is sold out, whichever comes first.
*All ticket sales are final. We are unable to provide refunds.
*No outside food or beverage is permitted. We have a full food menu and a wide selection of wine, craft beer and sodas to enjoy during your experience.
Some small plates we’ll learn how to make. *Subject to change based on season and availability.*
-Marinated mozzarella with, roasted peppers, tomatoes, artichokes, basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Or create your own.
-Fresh sliced imported sweet and hot soppresata, prosciutto Di Parma, mortadella and provolone cheese.
-Roasted peppers, marinated artichokes, a selection of tapenades, sun dried tomatoes, cinnamon pears, hot peppers, banana peppers, kalamata olives, garlic olives, cherry tomato salad, baked peaches, baked pears and strawberries.
-Brussels sprouts, butternut squash salad, broccoli rabe, asiago stuffed pepperdews, giardiniera salad, pepperoncini peppers, beet salad, fresh pesto ricotta and Italian bread.
-Giovanni's Homemade Reduced Balsamic Vinegar & Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
-Ciabatta bread sandwiches.
-Italian style mozzarella sushi rolls.
