In this interactive class you will receive all necessary materials to make one mozzarella ball, an introduction to cheese making, as well as a hands-on tutorial from our expert cheesemonger! Each participant will make 1 mozzarella, regular or herbed, to take home to enjoy. You will also have access to instruction manuals. $45 includes all materials and a Living The Dream beer of your choice!
