The world's only Black-owned vermouth company is taking over our bar for the night.

Meet Sean Perryman, founder of 40 Acres Blending Co. and creator of Moxie Mule Vermouth, a line of small-batch, hand-crafted vermouths inspired by the bianco style of Southern Spain. Sean spent 13 years bartending before turning his love of craft cocktails into his own vermouth, and for one night, he's behind our bar mixing it up himself.

On the menu: Three spritzes, one for each of Sean's vermouths - Bianco, Rosso, and Strawberry Rhubarb plus a small lineup of vermouth-forward cocktails, including a Negroni-style pour built around Moxie Mule.
