Moving with the Moon - Gemini New Moon Class

Align with the moon cycle, dance your intentions, and come home to yourself — in community.

​Once a month, we gather beneath the new moon to slow down and reconnect. Moving with the Moon is a guided embodiment practice that weaves together movement, astrology, breath, and reflection — an invitation to mark each new moon with intention.

​Each session is a practice in coming back to yourself. Through movement, stillness, and the kind of presence that allows the nervous system to settle, you'll leave with greater clarity, a softer pace, and a clearer sense of where you're headed.

​No prior experience with dance or astrology required — just an open mind and a willing body.
