💗 We lovingly invite women (with or without a physical womb) to come and join us for an Elemental journey to embody the four archetypes of the Divine Feminine.
🌹 We each hold the energies of the Divine Feminine within us, focused at our Womb Energy Centres. These are often out of balance as a result of our individual life experiences, habitual behaviours and the cultural dynamic in which we live. So, through dance and circling with sacred ceremony, meditation, reflection, Womb Energy Centre connection and journaling we will explore and connect to our inner energies of Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman and Wise Crone through the flow of seasons over the course of the year, with the aim of creating more balance and harmony in our lives.
🔥 In this, our second gathering of the year, to celebrate the Mother energies of Summer, we will engage with our compassion, abundance, expression and openness. If our Mother energy is low, we can feel closed and uncaring ; if too dominant, we can over-nurture, smother and become drained and resentful.
Through a lovingly chosen soundtrack and Mother orientated meditation and ceremony, Amy and Kerry will gently guide you to feel into the energies of Fire in the South and meet your inner Mother energies of love and connection.
We celebrated our Inner Maidens in the Spring, over the year we will engage with our:

🌀 You are more than welcome to come to single events to focus on a specific Archetype that you feel needs balancing. Through our own and previous participant's experiences, we believe that you will benefit most of all from coming to multiple events, to regularly connect with the Divine Feminine within you and enjoy moving with the flow of energy as it changes through the seasons of the year.

Groove is a dynamically interactive and creative group dance experience. With great music, we will Unite together in a simple movement or rhythm. We will explore a variety of different styles and genres together.
No fancy equipment, coordination or dance experience is required.
AND the best bit is, you get to dance it in your own Unique way because you can't get it wrong.
Feminine Energy Awakening helps women (with or without a womb or cycle) to awaken to their authentic femininity. This aids in healing the hurt and patterns created by modern life so that all women can live as the empowered, sensual, sexual, creative and spiritual beings that lies within them and grow in self- love, self-acceptance, to walk a path of love and femininity in the world.
* What to expect?
After being welcomed into the space with a drink, we will open a Sacred Circle, have brief introductions and a short discussion about the Mother energies. Amy will then lead a Loving Mother Groove session and Kerry a Level 3 Moon Mother® will offer a meditation and Mother Womb Energy Centre Energiser to each woman, helping to bring balance to the Mother energies of love, opening and nourishment into our bodies, energies and lives. We will then have time to journal or reflect on our experience, to share and have witnessed our insights (if we wish to) and end with a drink and nourishing snacks to ground the session.

Tickets are available on a sliding scale of £25 - £30 - £35

*What to bring?
Comfortable Clothes and yoga mat if you have one/cosy things for stillness ie cushion/blanket
A journal
You may wish to wear clothes or accessorise with colours that you feel represent Mother/Summer energies (optional)
Something Sacred for the altar which represents Fire/Mother/Summer/South/Love (Optional)
A water bottle
Amy is a Certified Groove Facilitator, Eating Psychology Coach, Workshop Facilitator and founder and Director of the social enterprise, SoulShine, that has just celebrated it's 5th Year Running.
Having navigated her own body image and food challenges, Amy felt deeply called to support and empower others in their embodiment journeys and their relationship with eating.
She has spent almost ten years exploring the most powerful and empowering ways to support people in their relationship with their bodies and their food. She offers a rich tapestry of knowledge, tools, practices and resources, drawing from eating psychology, embodied and intuitive practices, Groove and music, guided visualisation, storytelling, mythology and archetypes.
Uniting people through dance, Amy is passionate about inspiring people to move in their own authentic and unique way to feel uplifted, alive and at home in their bodies.
With a compassionate, encouraging and open hearted approach, Amy has been delivering workshops and holding circles for the past 5 years and is continually in awe of the magic that happens in these spaces where our human fullness is welcomed, witnessed and held with kindness and acceptance.

Kerry Kwiatkowska is a Holistic Therapist, Moon Mother and holder of Women's Circles and Courses, working from her Healing Hut in Norwich. With over 20 years experience in holding grassroots community events and activities and 15 years as a therapist and holding Women's Circles, Kerry creates safe and sacred spaces for individuals to grow and thrive through self-love and acceptance of their own power, because loving, empowered individuals create a kinder and more compassionate community. Kerry encourages for women, a rooted and experiential knowledge of our cyclic natures; weaving together cycles of Menstruality, Moon, Earthbound seasons and our own Life cycles, as a pathway to an empowered and loving life.
Kerry says: 'I love the joy and enthusiasm that Amy brings to her Groove sessions and having collaborated with her on this amazing offering last year, am in awe of her ability to create playlists which truly connect us to the energies we are aiming to embody.
