A 6-session contemporary dance course that challenges you physically and mentally.Mindful movement exploration, dynamic floorwork, and instant artistry are at the core of this contemporary dance course, combining professional dance quality with artistic autonomy.
Through a mix of improvisation tasks, guided exercises, and choreographic sequences, I support dancers in finding unique artistry and movement quality from day one. This work is guided by an individual, goal-focused approach, confidence building, and encouragement to take charge of your own training.
Focus of the course:
👉🏻 Practicing enjoyment in your dancing
👉🏻 Giving yourself validation instead of seeking it from teachers or peers
👉🏻 Taking responsibility for your own journey as a professional
👉🏻 Knowing when to push and when to slow down
👉🏻 Focusing on your unique style rather than trying to fit in
The course is open to all with some experience in movement and dance (intermediate level). So, if you're a dancer or performer of any style, you’re more than welcome to join. Classes will be held in English.

About the Teacher:
Emilia graduated from the Hungarian Dance University in 2018, specializing in classical ballet, but she also undertook courses in pedagogy, psychology, anatomy, and kinesiology, among others. Emilia has worked as a professional contemporary dancer in Hungary, Spain, and Italy, and she is currently freelancing as a performer across Europe.
To gain a deeper understanding of the mindset behind performance, Emilia completed an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology. Her classes are not just about movement practice—they also incorporate elements of building focus, self-confidence, and emotional resilience while working the body.
