Moving to Centre

​Moving to Centre is a series of work/play-shops dedicated to providing a space for coming home to the body and tapping into the incredible wisdom, potential and creative depth of the bodymind

​

• for a deeper connection with Self, others, life and bodymind
• for supporting our personal unfolding journey to centre
• for fostering healing, wholeness, bodyfullness, creativity and wellbeing

​

The workshops will be supported by practices drawn from a wide range of modalities, including dance & movement improvisation, body-mind centering,, authentic movement, creative expression, deep inner listening, embodied imagination and guided reflections.

​

The workshop will allow plenty of time for grounding in the body, weaving a safe and supportive space, dialoguing, reflection and integration.

​

Suitable for anyone, no experience required.
