Moving Through Pregnancy Workshop

Join us in person for a deep dive on movement and breathwork through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Morgan Farkas, a local birth & postpartum doula, yoga teacher in training, whom specializes in movement and breathwork, will be leading us in this workshop. We will be covering a lot of wisdom and knowledge, as well as interactive participation. We encourage partners to join (see ticket price for couples) and please dress for comfort with active movement.
