Moving Through Grief: An Intimate Workshop for Healing

Together, we will create a safe and supportive space to honor your grief, feel it fully, and witness it in community. Grieving in the presence of others who share a common thread can be a powerful step in the healing process.

Guided by Stacey’s personal journey of loss and her expertise as a holistic occupational therapist, this 3-hour workshop will incorporate gentle movement, guided meditation, sound healing, journaling, art, and sharing circles. You’ll have the opportunity to honor your loved one while finding connection, release, and renewal.

No experience is needed—just an open heart. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, journal, water, a photo or item to honor their loved one (to place on our shared altar), and anything to ensure comfort during meditation (such as cozy socks, an eye pillow, or a blanket).
