Moving Stories with Tiger Princess Dance Projects

This series of four classes offers an introduction into the enriching world of art and creative storytelling through movement and music. These activities have proven to improve circulation, retain joint mobility, promote mental stimulation, improve posture and coordination, and build strength and balance. No previous movement experience required. Each exercise can also be modified for seated movement.
