What is Moving Spirit?This is a conscious dance experience that complements and integrates the practices we love, giving you the opportunity to connect deeply and joyfully with your self and with each other.
My intention is to collaborate with teachers from the different conscious dance paths who I learn so much from, as well as other complementary modalities, and of course, other great musicians to keep the beat alive!

Dance Guidelines
- Dance in silence
- Please arrive on time
- No drugs or alcohol
- Dance is barefoot
- Safety is paramount, respect your own and others boundaries
- Please respect the dance space and keep it free of all belongings
- No mobile phones or cameras
- Know your limits and take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
