Moving On Workshop at the Green

Based on the project Moving On, this workshop serves to connect people and environment by tapping into the treasure of somatic practices wherein the body and social self become more grounded and able to connect to what is going on in our lives. We stand in dialogue with people and nature; our extended ecosystems of support. That way we can generate some strong social, physical and natural glue to keep us going together.

Facilitated by Laura Doehler, contributing dance artist to Moving On we will share conversations, connect to body and space via moving, walks and talks and an audio guide. The second half of the workshop (the last 20 min) is in Nunhead Cemetry and where we can listen to an audio guide on our headphones that fine tunes senses and opens our way of being outdoors.

This workshop is suitable for adults and older children/ teens but you are very welcome to bring all your family as long as you make sure your children stay with you.
