Moving Meditation for Healing & Hope
A Community Yoga Practice Supporting Venezuela
Saturday, July 4
9:00–10:15 AM (75 Minutes)
In times of uncertainty, yoga reminds us that our practice extends far beyond the mat.
Join us for a special 75-minute moving meditation led by Mariana as we gather in community to offer compassion, healing, and hope for the people of Venezuela following the recent earthquakes.
This gentle, all-levels practice will weave together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and moments of quiet reflection. Together, we'll create space to ground ourselves, cultivate resilience, and hold those affected in our collective hearts.
Whether you have a personal connection to Venezuela or simply wish to stand in solidarity with others through the practice of yoga, you are warmly welcome.
This class is offered free of charge by Mariana.
This class is offered free of charge. Those who feel called to contribute may make a donation at the studio before or after class. All donations will support humanitarian relief efforts in Venezuela, through a carefully selected nonprofit organization.
What to Expect
• Gentle, accessible movement for all levels
• Breathwork to calm and center the nervous system
• Guided meditation and loving-kindness practice
• A welcoming, bilingual (English/Spanish) community environment
• Quiet reflection and shared intention
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Together, we remember that healing begins with presence, compassion, and community.
