I am very happy to welcome you back to another Moving Love gathering <3 This time we will explore the theme of trust, connecting with that inherent trust we have in our body, and in our hearts. Using movement and dance to enter this natural space within, accessing the eternal wisdom of our soul. Slowly daring to open to all parts of ourselves, including everything into our bodies experience, revealing deeper layers of our consciousness, moving deep, moving authentic, and supporting each other to find back to this trust in life, in love, in ourselves.
Moving Love is about finding the pathways back to our hearts, through movement and embodied connection-practices.
In dance and in practicing deep presence - the invitation is to live ever more lovingly, more real, and to find the deep intimacy - with life itself.
No previous experience is needed. Everybody is welcome to join.
