During the morning we’ll learn how developing a strong, mobile core can lead to naturally good alignment. To achieve this, we'll explore navel radiation - an infant developmental movement pattern we all experienced as babies. Our aim will be to re-integrate the pattern, so our poses can become more cohesive, limbs connecting into and out from centre, prana/breath travelling more readily through the body, thus creating a feeling of effortlessness.
The morning will include breath awareness, relaxing practices leading to dynamic asana. There'll be a tea break with Betty's biscuits .
