What would happen if your body and your way of communicating could truly listen to each other?
Moving Empathy is a weekend immersive experience that brings together Contact Improvisation and Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
Two languages — body and words — that together help us return to presence, authenticity, and connection.
During two days we explore what is alive in us:
🎭 emotions, celebrations, grief, desires…
🌿 we express them first through words,
💃 and then allow them to move through the body.
No previous experience is needed.
Only a willingness to listen, move, and be touched by life.

🕒 Schedule
Saturday & Sunday · 11:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00 (6h per day)
💰 Price
470 PLN Early Bird (until May 15th)
640 PLN Regular (after May 15th)
860 PLN Duo (430 PLN per person)
Facilitated by AHAM
Movement and Nonviolent Communication facilitator born in Barcelona.
With roots in performing arts, acrobatics, dance, and embodied research, he integrates the language of body and words to create spaces of listening, empathy, and transformation.
