International Intensive
BARCELONA, 24–25 October
What would happen if your body and your way of communicating could truly listen to each other?
Moving Empathy is a two-day immersive experience bringing together Contact Improvisation and Nonviolent Communication (NVC): two languages, body and words, that can meet to bring us closer to presence, authenticity and connection.
During the intensive, we will explore what is alive in us: emotions, celebrations, grief, desires and everything in between. We will give these experiences space through words, and then allow them to move through the body.
A space to listen, express, move, connect and discover what happens when communication becomes embodied.
No previous experience is needed. Only a willingness to listen, move and explore.

🕒 Saturday & Sunday · 11:00–14:00 & 16:00–19:00
💰 Early Bird · 130 € until 23 September
💰 Regular · 170 € from 24 September
To reserve your place, a 50 € deposit is required. The remaining amount is paid before the intensive.
The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel by 10 October.

Aham is a movement facilitator and creator of Aham Movement. With a background in performing arts, acrobatics and dance, and through years of embodied research, Contact Improvisation and Nonviolent Communication, he creates spaces where movement, communication and listening meet.
