This Mama Meet Up is hosted by Essentials Pelvic Therapy & Wellness.
9 a.m. -Meet outside the front entrance of Trailside Coffee in Downtown Springdale.
9-9:15 a.m. -Welcome + Grab some coffee
9:15 a.m. -Short walk along the trail system followed by a play date.
*Kids welcome but not required*
This is a casual event to get together and build community with other moms. I would love to have you join me.
