Day of the Dead All-Levels Yoga Flow Led by Your 2026 River Walk Royalty Candidate (Yesenia Frade)

Join me for a special Día de Muertos-inspired yoga flow, designed to honor loved ones who have passed, connect with your breath, and move in mindful remembrance.

This all-levels vinyasa class will incorporate elements of reflection, gratitude, and grounding. Expect gentle movement, guided breathwork, and a space to set intentions for those you carry in your heart.

What to Expect:

• A soulful, all-levels yoga flow
• Breathwork and moments of silence to honor our loved ones
• Soothing sound bath
• Bring a small photo or offering and place it next to your mat
• Culturally mindful music and ambiance
• Community connection with a deeper purpose
