Set in St. Louis, Missouri, at the turn of the 20th century, Meet Me in St. Louis is a warm and nostalgic musical comedy-drama that follows the lives, dreams and everyday adventures of the Smith family as they look forward to the 1904 World`s Fair. Directed by Vincente Minnelli, the film captures family life, romance and the bittersweet moments of growing up.

Judy Garland stars as Esther Smith, a spirited young woman who falls in love with the charming John Truett, played by Tom Drake, while also helping her family navigate the possibility of leaving their beloved home. Margaret O`Brien delivers an unforgettable performance as the mischievous and imaginative youngest daughter, Tootie. Mary Astor plays the loving and graceful mother, while Lucille Bremer and Leon Ames round out the family ensemble.

Filled with memorable songs, including `The Trolley Song`, `The Boy Next Door` and `Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas`, the film blends music, humour and emotion with charm. Its beautifully recreated period setting and affectionate portrayal of family traditions give it a timeless appeal.
