📣New Fitness Class at the Friendship Center! 📣We are so excited to offer PWR! (Parkinson's Wellness Recovery) class at the Friendship Center. This is a partnership with Bondy Physical Therapy and the Parkinson Wellness Recovery Foundation, which helps people with Parkinson’s stay active, mobile, and independent while working on weight shifting, trunk rotation, and transitional movements.
PWR! Moves are Parkinson's-specific exercises designed to support:
