Moves by Maike is bringing the vibes back to Sydenham with the feel-good workout that turns fitness into a party! ?
Set to high-energy Caribbean soca music, this class will get your heart pumping, hips moving, and spirit lifted. It's the perfect midweek mood booster – whether you're here to tone up, dance it out, or just have fun!

To find the dance studio--> At the rear end of the car park, on the left side go up the stairs. Walk pass the football court and the building is on the left side of you. Go through the doors and at the end of the hall way to the right. Last door on the left. You will hear the music!
