✨This is a beginner-friendly class, of Yin Yoga, which truly promotes mind-body balance. It is a nice blend of movement and mindful ways of being and thinking. We live such busy (Yang) lives, but we must remember to bring balance as well (Yin).
✨Then, reward yourself with some socializing in this fun and chill environment, while enjoying a glass of house wine or any of Half Wall's freshly brewed beers!
So, bring your ?♀️yoga mat, a bottle of water ?, and an open mind ?. Bring a friend too, the more the merrier.
