One afternoon. Many ways to move.
Mix & Move is an afternoon to move, explore and cherry-pick what feels good — from tai chi and capoeira to contact improvisation, somatic improvisation dance and bodywork and massage.
Join a single workshop, combine a few, or stay for the full experience. Between sessions, there will be time to rest, share a meal and meet others.
Each activity works on its own, so you can choose the ones that spark your curiosity, or mix a few into your own programme, or stay for the entire afternoon.
New to a practice? You’re welcome. Already experienced? There will be room to go further. All workshops are accessible without previous experience, with possibilities to explore according to your level and curiosity.

14:30 – 15:00 Potluck snack
15:00 – 16:15 Contact improvisation
16:30 – 17:45 Somatic dance: spine & spirals
