Movement workshop with Neshama Nashman
About this Event
Join Canadian dancer and choreographer Neshama Nashman for an engaging movement class. No previous dance experience is required, just come ready to move and explore!
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing suitable for movement (pants or leggings recommended)
- Your own water bottle
- A good attitude!
Participants must be 10 years of age or older. We kindly ask that you do not attend if you are feeling sick.
Please note: No photography or video recording is permitted during the workshop. Phones should be turned off or set to silent.
This workshop will follow an open rehearsal by Neshama Nashman, Irene Yang, and Anton Tcherny, with a 15-minute break in between. If you're interested in participating in the rehearsal, please purchase your ticket via Eventbrite .

About the artist:
Neshama Nashman is a Canadian choreographer and dance artist based in Düsseldorf, Germany, where she has been a soloist with Ballett am Rhein since 2020. Previously, she was a demi-soloist with the Kraków Opera Ballet in Poland.
As a choreographer, Neshama has gained international recognition for her versatile and passionateapproach to the art form. Her works have been performed at major venues including the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, the PinaBausch Center, Mainfranken Theater Wurzburg, tanzhaus nrw, DanceWorks Chicago, TanzmesseFestival, Düsseldorf, The Stuttgart Ballet, and Toronto’s Royal Conservatory of Music.
