About this Event

Join us for a full-body workout that proves you don’t need a gym to get strong. Followed by 20 minutes of sound bowl meditation and then close out the morning with Mocktails on our OUTDOOR patio with AMAZING city views!!

This 45-minute, bodyweight-only class blends strength, cardio, and core work to fire up every muscle and leave you feeling unstoppable. Expect heart-pumping intervals, feel-good sweat, and empowering moves that build strength from the inside out. All fitness levels welcome—just bring your energy, and we’ll bring the challenge.

Workout Description: No Weights. No Limits. Just You + 45 Minutes of Movement.

After your body has been activated through movement, we’ll guide you into deep rest with a 20-minute sound bowl meditation. Expect to lie back, relax, and be immersed in the soothing frequencies of crystal sound bowls. These healing vibrations help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support muscle recovery—leaving you feeling grounded, recharged, and fully aligned in mind, body, and spirit. ✨🧘‍♀️🔔

The Morning will end outdoors with delicious mocktails to promote muscle recovery, lean muscle building and get you prepped for a lovely Sunday!

Personal Trainer: Taylor Kaleta

is a Certified Personal Trainer and Integrative Health Practitioner dedicated to helping others feel empowered, energized, and truly well—from the inside out. With a deep passion for holistic health, Taylor combines science-backed fitness training with a root-cause approach to wellness, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional layers that contribute to lasting vitality.

Through personalized guidance, movement, and lifestyle support, Taylor helps clients build sustainable strength, reclaim their energy, and unlock their fullest potential. Her mission is to guide others toward feeling strong in their bodies, balanced in their lives, and confident in their long-term health journey.

Sound Healing Practitioner: Katie Janecko

is a holistic lifestyle coach, movement facilitator, and sound healer dedicated to helping women reconnect to their bodies, balance their energy, and live vibrant, soul-led lives. Through somatic practices, sound bowl journeys, and natural wellness tools, Katie creates transformative spaces for deep healing and embodiment.
