The Yellow School House offers two FREE events on one Friday of every month.
The first is Tot Time at 0930-1030.
The second is Prattle and Play at 1100-1200.

On March 7th, I am teaming up with them to offer to moms an opportunity to regulate their nervous system!

It is so important for your Little(s) to witness you taking care of yourself.
In these FREE sessions, I will be moving moms through a variety of different yoga postures and introducing a simple breathing technique that can be used anywhere at anytime.

Little(s) will be able to play in this child-safe environment and join us as they please.
