Movement Education Group Classes Second Sundays 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. These classes combine principles taught within the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, Dance, and Martial Arts to allow for ergonomic movement. Helping you maintain posture and ease carrying out movements with heightened body awareness.

$25 per class
