WHAT WE'LL DO:
Follow our fun, certified Fit-Pros through a 60-minute Jazzercise class featuring movements and music that are fun, current and safe for all fitness levels. Nothing compares to the feeling our community creates when we are united in movement and a common cause!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
Dress for movement, with comfortable, clean athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle, sweat towel and yoga mat. (Standing and seated options will also be demonstrated.)
WHO ARE WE SUPPORTING:
Your monetary donations will help us raise funds for the Healing Nest of Washington Township, a local non-profit that provides monthly service days for cancer patients. When you pre-register for your class and purchase a $25 single class visit, we'll donate 100% of your class fee! You can also sign up to donate items for cancer care packs that we'll assemble and give to the patients at Corewell Health's Breast Care Centers & Wilson Cancer Resource Center.
ALL ARE WELCOME! Whether you are a current, former, or first-time Jazzerciser, we welcome you to join our amazing fitness community!
Want to come but not sure what to do with the kids? Bring them! Kids 10 and up are welcome to join the class and younger ones can play in our babysitting room. Let us know when you RSVP.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Keep an eye on our class schedule. Pre-booking for this class will be available in early September on our website.
