Join us for a FREE 1 hour movement clinic at Madras park on Saturday, Sep. 25th @ 8am. Learn how to become more confident in your bench, squat, push up, and deadlift. Also, learn to be a better spotter. If you're experiencing pain with any of these movement patterns, we can help! Become more confident in the gym and in yourself.
* You may bring a mat for push ups.
