These days so many people are just simply stuck with their breathing, what I mean by this is that they are stuck chest breathing or using the mouth instead of the nose to breathe most of the time instead of using the nose and diaphragm. All this without even realising it. Resulting in being in fight or flight mode most of the time and even whilst sleeping.
All this results in feeling tired a lot of the time and feeling over anxious.
Attending my sessions will help you take ownership of your own body and mind again. Leaving you with feelings of calm and complete Equanimity.

We will be working with ancient yogic breathing techniques aka Pranayama and also some extremely useful TM Meditation principles.

Here is a little info of what to expect in the session ...
Movement - simple techniques of loosens joints and prepare the body and mind.
Breathwork - I will take you through a series of breathing exercises to help your body and mind work to its Highest and Fullest Potential.
Meditation - leaving you feeling Calm and Relaxed while being Awake and Aware.

What to wear - comfy non restrictive clothes. Stretchy Pjs are ideal.
What to bring - mat, cushion & Blanket. Eye mask if you have one.
