Dear dancing friends!
Let’s step together into spring season on southern hemisphere with embodied Intention.
Join us for a Movement as Medicine class, a conscious dance session on Sunday the 14th of September 11 a.m. till 1.00 pm. at the new venue in „Millennium House” heritage building in Seddon.
Let’s dance, transform and grow together on the dance floor to call a new season to open our hearts, release what we no longer need and open to new ways of Being, Seeing and Doing.
Movement as Medicine is all about moving at your own pace—no experience required. It’s a safe, welcoming space to explore, express, and simply be yourself, guided by music.
There’s no need to “know how to dance.” Just come as you are, and let your body lead the way.
This session will conclude with a relaxing sound healing experience guided by Kasia (Inner Essence Breathwork) to help integrate your dance journey. We will be surrounded by the sounds of crystal bowls, a Tibetan bowl, koshi chimes, a tree bell, and rattles.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring your water bottle and blanket. 💓
