Movement & Music: Lower Body + Core Sculpt Class
Come join The Zoe Method for a 50-minute outdoor lower body and core sculpt class designed to help you build strength, improve stability, connect more intentionally to your muscles — and have a lot of fun while doing it.
This class has a little twist.
During the first half of class, we’ll focus on learning and practicing the movements with an emphasis on proper form, muscle engagement, control, and body awareness. Instead of rushing through exercises, we’ll take the time to understand where you should be feeling each movement and how to get more out of it.
Then, during the second half, we’ll repeat many of those same movements — but this time to the beat of the music. 🎶
Once you’ve had the opportunity to understand the form and connect to the correct muscles, we’ll add rhythm, energy, and a little extra challenge.
Expect a combination of lower-body and core-focused sculpt movements targeting your glutes, legs, abdominals, and stabilizing muscles. The goal isn’t just to move — it’s to understand your movement, connect to your body, and then have fun putting it all together.
This class is open to all fitness levels, and modifications will always be provided. Whether you’ve been training for years or you’re still learning how to properly engage certain muscles, you are welcome here.
Please bring a mat!

Come for the movement, the music, and the community. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and hopefully with a few new cues and techniques you can take into your other workouts too.
This class is part of The Zoe Method, a movement approach centered around strength, Pilates-inspired training, mobility, core connection, proper form, and helping you better understand how your body moves.
Can’t wait to move with you! 🤍
