About this Event
As the Year of the Earth Snake comes to a close, we step into the dynamic energy of the Year of the Fire Horse—a time of movement, passion, courage, and rapid change. Fire Horse energy can be exhilarating, but without grounding, it can also burn fast and hot.
This workshop is an invitation to temper the horse’s fire and nourish your Shen (spirit) through intentional movement, intuitive insight, and deep energetic rest.
✨ What to Expect ✨
Qigong for Fire Balance
We’ll begin with a gentle, flowing qi gong practice designed to regulate the nervous system, circulate qi, and ground excess fire energy.
Group Tarot Reading
We’ll gather for a collective tarot reading focused on the themes of the Fire Horse year.
Reiki-Infused Sound Bath
We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bath layered with Reiki energy.
Come slow the fire, steady the spirit, and align with the rhythm of the year ahead.
No prior experience needed—just come as you are.
ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
Lily is a Reiki Healer and has over 25 years experience of reading tarot. She is an empath who connects with spirit. Lily gained her gifts through a long line of family members, most notably her Greek grandmother, Yia Yia. You can expect insightful answers, uplifting guidance, and healing energy from Lily’s readings.

Nathalie is a Yoga and Qi Gong teacher and a sound healer. She believes that movement is medicine, but it is how you move that matters. She is also a strong advocate of active resting. Nathalie has studied under and been mentored by renowned teachers such as Simon Low, Mimi Kuo Deemer, Tiffany Cruikshank and Holly Husler.

· Mats, props and blankets and eyemasks will be provided.
