Get moving with Canada's top fitness coaches as they lead you through a fun, high energy movement session at St. Laurent Shopping Centre this winter.

Complimentary event open to everyone and all fitness levels. Families are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

45 minute movement session followed by a Saturday morning experience complete with St. Laurent and MoveCamp vendors, giveaways, goodies and snacks!

Participants should wear comfortable gym clothes and running shoes.

Open to the public. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. Pre-registration required.
