Move&Relax - One Year of Movement and Mindfulness

Move&Relax is a session where people gather to connect, move, and relax, doing it for themselves. I've simply created a space for you to connect with yourself. The next step is for you to take it at your own pace. I will lead the session and ensure it's a relaxing and liberating experience for YOU.

Useful information:

✅ Doors open at 7:20pm, and the session starts at 7:30pm, running until 9:00pm. Please arrive before 7:30pm, as we aim to start promptly. If you are visiting the centre for the first time, check the extra tips for its location.

✅ TIPS for the LOCATION: Marleigh Community Centre is situated in the Hangar building at Jubilee Square, located behind Marleigh's Co-Op. It's just a 2-minute walk from the Newmarket Road Park & Ride. For the exact location, I recommend using Google Maps and typing Marleigh Community Centre.

✅ "Move&Relax" sessions are adult focused. Young people under the age of 18 should join with the accompaniment by an adult.

✅ Bring water to drink and wear something loose and comfortable.

✅ During the session you can be barefoot or wear clean and comfortable shoes.

✅ I encourage you to travel by bike, use public transport, or walk to the centre. If you need to use your car, there is Park and Ride parking available a 2-minute walk from the Marleigh Community Centre.
