Join us for the first Move with the Moon Sister Circle at the CU Flower House on the full moon, Sunday October 9th. A 2 hour workshop for women focused on learning about astrological energies, how to better nourish & care for our bodies, and creating deeper connection in community! The sister circle will be led by Taylor Jules, a certified trauma informed yoga teacher, intuitive healer, & feminine embodiment coach.
DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER YOU WILL
✧ learn about basic astrology, the lunar cycle & how you can work with the Aries full moon energy, as well as the energies of Libra season
✧ be guided through journaling prompts to reflect on your growth & set new intentions
✧ be guided through breath work, gentle movement & meditation
✧ have an opportunity to connect in a safe space with like minded women
WHAT TO BRING
✧ a yoga mat, journal, blanket, favorite tea mug (hot tea will be provided), & a bolster or yoga pillow if you have one
